I'm a mom of 2 little boys, Levi and Micah, a FIT FOR BIRTH CORRECTIVE EXERCISE SPECIALIST, POSTPARTUM STRENGTH COACH and CEO of MIGHTY MOM POSTPARTUM STRENGTH TRAINING.
I am passionate about helping women in every stage of pregnancy and postpartum recovery feel strong and confident through exercise.. Not only am I a certified personal trainer, I've taken numerous specialized courses, workshops and seminars geared towards helping women reach their ultimate goals in fitness with the most effective techniques and methods available to date.
This program was created while I was on maternity leave with my second son, Micah, so I understand just how hard it is to be a new mom. I’m on a mission to change the POSTPARTUM FITNESS industry. It’s not about ‘losing the baby weight’ or the ‘bounce back’ any more. I want to help all moms feel strong from the inside out and confident and comfortable in their own skin. I’m so excited that you are taking this journey with me.
